Description

The blue on this dial is a lacquer you can see through. It sits over a silver galvanic base, so the brushing shows through and the colour moves with the light.

The centre is satin-brushed in vertical lines, the railway track in circles, and a window at 3 o’clock shows the date in slate grey on white. Indexes and Assegai hands are 18-carat white gold. First a limited Série Atelier piece with a copper-toned dial, it stays in the collection in blue.

Inside runs the LF270.01, the automatic calibre born in the Sport Auto, wound by a 950 platinum micro-rotor: 4 Hz, 72 hours of reserve. The 40 mm steel case has the Classic line’s pebble curves, on taupe goat leather.
