Description

Neon yellow, from the integrated bezel to the tip of the strap. The GA-V01 was never a shy shape, and this colour does nothing to calm it down. Expect to be asked about it.

Look at the hands. They are far larger than a G-SHOCK usually allows, because the minute hand is a Shock Release Hand: magnets hold it, an impact shifts it, and it returns to its place. The raised hour markers overlap the spherical crystal and act as bumpers, and the metallic openwork dial lets the LCD show through.

Quartz, with a CR2025 battery good for about 10 years. World time, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a countdown timer, 5 daily alarms and a double LED light are all there. The resin case is 49.1 × 58.2 × 19.6 mm, weighs 74 g and is water resistant to 200 m.
