Inspired by the purity and stillness of Swiss alpine landscapes, the Gravity Equal Force Ultimate Sapphire Blue distills Armin Strom’s technical philosophy into a cooler, more contemplative expression. Part of the System 78 collection, this edition reinterprets the brand’s most emblematic architecture through a palette of glacial blues and silvery greys reminiscent of mountain lakes, ice fields, and high-altitude light.

At the heart of the watch lies Armin Strom’s patented Equal Force Barrel, paired with a Geneva stop-work mechanism to deliver constant torque throughout the power reserve. The movement’s glacial blue PVD plate, decorated with a guilloché pattern executed by Kari Voutilainen, adds depth and texture beneath the sapphire elements, elevating the mechanical landscape into something almost architectural.

The 41 mm stainless steel case frames an off-center sapphire dial in a soft grey tone, allowing light to pass through and reveal the movement’s layered construction. Rhodium-plated, faceted hands with Super-LumiNova® ensure clarity without disrupting the watch’s serene visual balance.
