Chronoswiss took a quarter-repeater movement rooted in founder Gerd-Rüdiger Lang’s vision, restored it from the archive, and gave it a new, fully visible body.
Chronoswiss today introduces the Q-Repeater Scream and Q-Repeater Blue Note, two quarter-repeater watches limited to 25 pieces each. A press of the 10 o’clock pusher chimes the hours and quarter-hours, so the watch is heard as well as seen.

The 42mm titanium case is skeletonised, so the movement is the dial. Scream sets its bridges in electric blue, orange and purple around a Paraiba green minute ring, with glowing ceramic blocks the Lucerne watchmakers call “chicken heads”. Blue Note takes a navy, jazz-inspired palette instead, with a silver hour ring. Both keep the striking hammers on view.
Only a few of these legacy movements exist, so Chronoswiss says this may be its final run. The automatic calibre C.126 has 35 hours of power reserve and 42 jewels, with hand-guilloché bridges finished by hand in Lucerne.

Whichever colour reaches your wrist, it chimes with a voice that has waited decades to be heard again.
