In Biel/Bienne, Armin Strom carries 18K rose gold from the case deep into the calibre, and lets three guilloché patterns give the gold its character.
Armin Strom today introduces the Tribute³ Au750, limited to 8 pieces. All three of its movement bridges are solid gold.

A radiating soleil guilloché covers the off-centre dial, grain d'orge the subdial, and clou de Paris the three-quarter bridge, seen through the case back. Grey PVD steel Breguet-style hands, new to the model, sit against Roman numerals.
Inside is the manual-winding Calibre AMW21. Its motor barrel is reversed, so the arbor winds the mainspring inside a fixed drum. The brand says this space-saving construction helps deliver 100 hours of power reserve, and Armin Strom makes 97% of the calibre's own components.
The company was revitalised by Master Watchmaker Claude Greisler and entrepreneur Serge Michel, and assembles every watch twice, first for mechanical precision, then for finishing. Turned over, the Tribute³ Au750 shows its clou de Paris bridge to whoever looks.
