Description

URWERK in yellow gold was never going to be quiet. The Golden Scorpion gives the UR-150 a 2N gold case middle and crown, sandblasted and satin-finished so the gold glows rather than glares.

The gold carries on inside. The flying carousel and the rotor are finished in 3N gold PVD; three aluminium hour satellites ride the carousel while a retrograde minute hand crosses a 240-degree arc, then flies back to begin the next hour.

The automatic UR-50.01 beats at 4 Hz and holds 43 hours of power reserve. The case is 42.5 mm wide, 51 mm long and 14.8 mm thick, with a black PVD Grade 5 titanium caseback and a screw-down crown, water resistant to 50 m.

On an adjustable hybrid rubber strap with a folding clasp. Limited to 25 pieces.
