Tonda PF Skeleton Platinum
Description
This is the Tonda PF Skeleton with nothing in steel or gold to soften it: case, knurled bezel and bracelet are all 950 platinum, around a Milano Blue openworked dial.
The blue is on the movement itself. The PF777’s bridges are openworked, sandblasted and satin-finished, so the dial is the calibre seen from the front. Rhodium-plated 18-carat gold appliques mark the hours, and the delta hands leave the view open.
The PF777 is automatic and 3.9 mm thin, with a 60-hour reserve and a skeletonised platinum rotor, beating at 4 Hz. The case is 40 mm across and 8.5 mm thin, water resistant to 100 m.
It is heavier than it looks, as platinum always is.
