Description

The Sport Auto as LAURENT FERRIER launched it, in blue. Under the domed sapphire the opaline dial runs through several shades of it, with green Super-LumiNova on the white gold hands and indexes and a date at 3 o’clock.

The case is Grade 5 titanium, 41.5 mm, on an integrated titanium bracelet. Its ball-shaped crown screws down, a first for the brand, and it is water resistant to 120 m. Inside, the automatic LF270.01 is wound by a micro-rotor and holds 72 hours.

It goes back to Le Mans, where Laurent Ferrier and his co-founder François Servanin raced and finished third overall, just behind Paul Newman. This is the watch they say they would have liked to wear back then.
