CC24 Black

BHD 3,099.000
Description

Twenty-four small clocks on one black wall panel, and for most of each minute none of them is telling you the time. They swirl, ripple and line up in patterns, then fall into step and spell out the hour as digits.

The housing is black mineral composite, hand-assembled at the maker's Stockholm studio, with contrasting hands. Three modes run from the full choreography to Quiet, which simply shows the time. The work now sits in the permanent collections of the Vitra Design Museum and the Musée International d'Horlogerie.

It runs from the mains on stepper motors first made for sports car and aircraft dashboards. Limited to 950 pieces, each numbered on the back and signed by the studio.

Price shown is excluding VAT.

While we strive to present product photos with the utmost accuracy, variations in lighting and device settings may result in slight differences in colour compared to the actual product.

Features

A wall clock of 24 analogue clock faces in black mineral composite whose hands move in choreographed patterns, then align to show the time.
