Pioneer Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton

Moser calls it the first of its kind at the manufacture: a Pioneer in steel where the dial has shrunk to a single Funky Blue fumé dome at 12 o’clock and everything around it is movement.

The HMC 811 is skeletonised in three dimensions. Its one-minute flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock carries a cylindrical hairspring, made in-house: instead of a flat spiral it coils upward like a tiny spring, which helps it breathe evenly whatever the position of the watch. Against the anthracite bridges, the skeletonised gold oscillating weight gives the only warm colour.

Automatic, with 72 hours of power reserve, in a 42.8 mm steel case with sapphire front and back, water resistant to 120 m. On alligator leather.
