GW-5000HS-1DR

The GW-5000HS-1DR is the square G-SHOCK the way it started out: a black resin shell around a stainless steel case, closed with a screw-lock back. Most square models today leave the steel out. This one keeps it, and you feel the difference on the wrist.

The inner case and the screw-lock case back are both steel, coated in DLC against scratches, and the back is mirror-finished, though only you will ever see it. The face stays plain: a black display that reads at a glance.

Module 3495 runs on Tough Solar, charging from any light, and sets itself by radio through Multi Band 6. World time, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a countdown timer and 5 daily alarms come with it. Water resistant to 200 m, 43.2 mm across and 13.0 mm thick.
