The matte black dial has a fine-grained texture that soaks up light and keeps reflections down. Casio redrew the hands for this Luxe Black series, slimmer and longer than on the standard 2100, which gives the same octagonal shape a cleaner, dressier face.

The case is Carbon Core Guard, carbon-reinforced bio-based resin at 48.5 × 45.4 × 11.8 mm and 51 g. The analogue-digital quartz module brings world time, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a 24-hour countdown timer, 5 daily alarms and a double LED Super Illuminator, with about 3 years of battery and water resistance to 200 m.
