Description

A training watch that still looks like a G-SHOCK. The DW-H5600MB-8A9 is the grey G-SQUAD square with a stainless steel top bezel, its mode and function markings laser-engraved into the metal.

An optical sensor reads heart rate and blood oxygen, and an accelerometer counts steps. Paired over Bluetooth with the CASIO WATCHES app, it uses Polar's tools to analyse runs, walks, gym sessions and intervals, track recovery after sleep and guide breathing exercises. On the wrist it also gives world time in 38 time zones, moon data, sunrise and sunset, and vibration alerts.

The MIP display stays readable in sunlight, and it charges from light or by USB cable. The bio-based resin case with Carbon Core Guard measures 51.1 × 44.5 × 16.6 mm, weighs 65 g and is water resistant to 200 m, on a bio-based resin strap.
