Description

A salmon dial with Eastern Arabic numerals, in the smaller 38.5 mm Antarctique S. Sahara Sands is the warm one of Czapek’s pair; its sister, Sahara Sky, has a glacier blue dial.

The dial is stamped in flinqué with the registered “Stairway to Eternity” pattern, with numerals applied at 12, 3 and 9 and matching ones in the date window at 6 o’clock. The texture keeps the salmon lively: pinker or more golden depending on the light.

Inside is the in-house SXH5, wound by a platinum micro-rotor, with a 60-hour power reserve. The steel case is water resistant to 120 m, on an integrated bracelet with a calf leather or rubber strap to swap in. Limited to 25 pieces.
