Antarctique Desert Rose

Czapek made the Desert Rose in two versions. This is the one with a plain numeral 12 at the top, which leaves the colour of the dial to do the talking.

That dial is microblasted to a soft, matt sand tone, with sword-shaped hands, raised indexes and the date at 6 o’clock to keep Czapek’s vertical symmetry. The 40.5 mm steel case runs straight into the integrated bracelet, whose brushed links lock together in polished Cs.

Inside is the in-house SXH5, wound by a micro-rotor in recycled platinum, with a 60-hour power reserve. A screw-down crown gives 120 m of water resistance, and the quick-release system swaps the bracelet for rubber or leather in seconds. Limited to 100 pieces.
